Aside from a variety of sporting opportunities, Redditch United work in partnership with Heart of Birmingham Vocational College (HBVC) to provide full time education programmes for learners aged 16-24
The partnership launched in 2021, initially offering sports specific programmes based at the stadium.
In 2023, a more generic core curriculum has been added to the offer at Redditch United.
The football club are believed to be the only football club in the country to offer this type of provision at their stadium.
The programme allows a unique opportunity to SEND learners to develop their academic and employability skills in the setting of a football club that has a 7 day a week operation.
